What happens if you complete the main storyline in Pokémon Legends: Z-A? The game still gives you something to continue playing and explore further. There are plenty of post-game missions that you can play.
In the Last mission, The Future of Lumoise City, you have three choices to select, each one of which will decide the next course of your gameplay. Here’s a detail of what happens after you select a certain choice and what happens afterward in the game based on that choice.
Rank A Wish Choices In Pokémon Legends Z-A
After defeating Hyperrogue Ange Floette, you spawn back in your room, where there is AZ’s Lucario and a will from him. Read AZ’s will, and that’s where you will get three choices. These three choices are :

Choice #1: I want us all to battle Pokémon together! (story progression)
Once you select the first choice, I want us all to battle Pokémon together; the team agrees to that wish, and only then does the story progress further.
After that, multiple prompts will appear, and you will become part of Infinite Z-A Royale, which in turn leads to the completion of the main storyline, The Future of Lumoise City.
Choice #2: I want us to live in harmony with Pokémon!
If you choose to live in harmony with Pokémon, a prompt by Lida will show up saying :
I feel you,but that’s Quasartico’s whole mission.We can leave that up to them!
After that, you are back at the choice menu.
Choice #3: I want more Pokémon to live in Lumiose!
The last and third choice gives you a funny response in return. When you ask for more Pokémon in Lumoise City, Vinnie says:
I’m afraid adding even More intro the city at this point would be….problematic.
This third choice will also take you back to the wish selection menu.
So whatever you choose in Rank A Wish, only the first choice will progress the story further; the other two will take you back to the selection prompt part in Pokémon Legends Z-A.
