Naoe is looking for one of the killers called The Golden Teppo. In Assassin’s Creed Shadows the “Dress for Success” quest paves the way to finding this target. As is the case with every other target, you only have vague clues but to find The Golden Teppo you first need to prepare for a Tea Ceramony.
There is a dress for this ceremony so you will need to get Naoe a Kosode. The dress is easy to find but you will have to deal with some enemies.
How to Get a Kosode in Assassin’s Creed Shadows
Go to the Sakai Port to speak to the female merchant. She is at the docks in the southwestern part of the Sakai.
She is marked as the Ornament Vendor on the World map but you need to find her first before she is marked. Go to the general area, south of the ‘Money Changer District’ landmark.
Right across the water you will see her. Use Focus mode by holding down the left trigger to spot her objective marker.
Speak with her and she will demand some Silk from you.
The silk is on a ship in the water. Look at the World map, you should see two giant ships in the water. The one you are looking for is the one on the left, the ship without the Eagle shaped Observation point.
Get on the ship and take down the pirates. Loot the silk and bring it back to the merchant and she will craft you a Kosode for “Dress for Success” quest Tea Ceremony where you will find out the identity of The Golden Teppo.
