Imbued Fruits is a meta currency that is available in the later part of Absolum. The main role of these Imbued Fruits is to buff and upgrade your rituals on a permanent basis. To get the in game currency you need to first free Vikhana the Joyful. Here’s how you get the Imbued Fruits and how you can use or spend them accordingly.

How To Unlock Imbued Fruits In Absolum
In Absolum after each run you are awarded either Primordial seeds, that are used to unlock arcana, and Imbued Fruits. Early in the game you don’t know where and how to spend these Imbued Fruits in Absolum. To unlock Imbued fruits in Absolum you need to free Vikhana the Joyful.
To free Vikhana the Joyful, complete the first area run and reach Jaroba. Before you head for Jaroba, you have to defeat the Underking at Grandery in Absolum. In Jaroba you will encounter some caged NPCs surrounded by enemies. Kill those enemies and open the cages, one of them will be Vikhana the Joyful.
After returning to hub, talk to Vikhana and there you will be able to spend Imbued Fruits to upgrade your ritual and get new ones as well.
To get more imbued fruits, increase the radiance level and finish the run.
How to Spend Imbued Fruits In absolum
Don’t spend your imbued fruits currency on random rituals, focus on one element at a time especially on the one they align with your character abilities. Upgrade the abilities that complement your strongest abilities, my personal recommendation is enhancing crowd control effects to shift combat balance.
