Assassin’s Creed Shadows offers various romance options for both of its protagonists. Yasuke, one of the main characters in the game, has 4 romance options throughout his journey in the game.

How to Romance Hori Hidemasa in Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

Meeting Quest: The Betrayer’s

Yasuke’s first romantic encounter in the game is with a male character known as Hori Hidemasa. Their romance is short and takes place within just one quest.

Hori Hidemasa Location

Finding Hori Hidemasa is the first step to triggering the romance. You can find Hori at the Miidera temple in Omi region.

It goes without saying that you need to switch to Yasuke to approach Hiro to start the Betrayers questline. You can switch characters from the menu. Hold down Square on PlayStation, X on Xbox or if you are on PC, hold F button while in the inventory tab to switch characters.

The Betrayers

In the quest, The Betrayers, Hori Hidemasa is livid at those who aided Mitsuhide in taking down Obunaka.

Due to his post, he cannot take the revenge himself and entrusts Yasuke to take the revenge on his behalf.

You have to eliminate the betrayers in order to complete the quest.

Once it is done and during the final conversation, select “Meeting you was my reward” to romance him. It unlocks a short but intimate scene between Hori Hidemasa and Yasuke.

Apart from Hori Hidemasa, Yasuke gets to romance Lady Oichi, Ibuki, and Rin in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Sato Katsubei Location

Fujichika Nakayama Location

Endo Tomoyasu Location

Itakura Shigezo can be found in Himeji Castle. It is in the Himeji sub-region of Harima. Harima is at the Southeastern edge of the map.

Usami Yoshiko Location

Masatoshi Nakahara Location

The final Betrayer, Masatoshi Nakahara, is inside the Kameyama Castle in Tamba region.
